At last the Marlboro Replica

Ducati MotoGp Marlboro Replica 748

Project Details

Marlboro Replica getting close to completion.

The Troy Bayliss Marlboro replica started as a basic Ducati 748. The paint work on this bike is extensive. The first step was to find the highest quality decal. These came out of Australia. Everything fell into place after that. The bike is truly a work of art after all the work that has gone into it. Special thanks to Dave at Paint Werks for the great job on the paint and decals.

BODY:
Shark Skins for the Left and Right panels.
Every piece with a decal was repainted and cleared over
Powder Coated Dzus fasteners
Carbon Fiber tank pad on fuel tank

WHEELS:
Powder Coated Pac Black. The 3 spokes seem to fit the bike well. The red pinstripe on the sides makes the wheel look like it's moving when it's standing still
Michelin Pilot Power Race Mediums complete the package

PERFORMANCE:
Termignoni Slip ons cut and rewelded to fit correctly ( got to love those Italians after lunch )

Also custom Heat shield mounts are welded to the exhaust. No cheap little clamp for this bike
